We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments if delivery issues are caused by:

  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to clear customs (Canada)

🔄 Reshipment Policy

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide one free reshipment.
  • If the issue is due to customer-related reasons, a 30% reshipment fee will apply to cover shipping costs.
