🔄 Refund & Return Policy

At Kira Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help ✨

📦 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging along with the free gifts 

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • A box opening/unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the item

Please note: All returns must be approved by Kira Jewelry before being sent back.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Items marked as final sale

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your product (after approval) and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Unboxing video

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
